Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to deliver your order and never sell your information.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, mobile number, delivery address and district.
- Account details — if you create an account: your name, email or mobile and a password (stored encrypted).
- Payment details — the payment method you choose and its transaction ID. We never see or store your card number or mobile-banking PIN.
- Site usage — basic, anonymous data such as pages viewed and the device type, so we can make the shop faster and easier to use.
How we use it
- To confirm, pack and deliver your order, and to call you if the courier cannot find the address.
- To send order updates by SMS or email.
- To answer your questions and handle returns, replacements and warranty requests.
- To prevent fraud and fake orders.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the shop — the delivery partner who brings your parcel, the payment provider you choose and the SMS service that sends your updates. Each of them may use it only for that job.
Cookies
We use a few small cookies to keep your bag, wishlist and sign-in working, and to remember simple choices. You can clear them in your browser at any time; the shop will still work, but your bag may be emptied.
Keeping it safe
The site uses a secure connection, passwords are encrypted, and only the people who handle your order can see your details. We keep order records for as long as the law requires, then delete them.
Your choices
- See or update your details any time under My Account.
- Stop promotional messages by replying STOP or by asking us.
- Ask us to delete your account and personal data.
